a. Second reading, public hearing and action on a proposed ordinance amending various alcohol and alcohol license ordinances, with penalties for violations thereof as set forth in Janesville General Ordinance Section 6-104. (File Ordinance No. 2025-919)
b. Public hearing and action on a proposed final resolution for assessable public street and utility infrastructure along Mayapple Drive (Resolution No. 2025-2332)

a. Presentation and possible action on fees for services related to the 2026 budget
b. Discussion and possible action on the 2026 budget parameters
c. Consideration and action on a proposed resolution authorizing the issuance of $7,240,000 in Taxable General Obligation Promissory Notes for construction and equipping the Woodman’s Sports and Convention Center (WSCC). (File Resolution No. 2025-2362)
